Punzal Vision Black Friday 2020 was a success! In the beginning, we were unsure of how the event would go due to the fact that everything was done a little differently this year. COVID-19 continues to alter the way we live our day to day lives but of course, everyone’s safety is top priority. We were overwhelmed with the amount of people that called in for appointments- all 50 slots filled up in 27 minutes! Overall, we received more than 1100 calls last Wednesday morning. As prizes, we opened up a few more slots through Kong and Social Media Contests.
Friday morning, the day of the event, we came to work in awe of our new office decorations by Kala Oshiro (he does our decorations every year). This year’s theme is Evergreen with Red Plaid. As always, he did a beautiful job!
We had our annual tree lighting ceremony at 6:00am sharp! You might be used to our usual 10ft tree, but this year, we decided to change things up with a 3ft tree. It’s a tiny tree, but has just as much Christmas spirit as any other.
Once 6:00am hit, the first group of scheduled people entered our doors. From the first person, to the last, everything ran smoothly and we had a blast! With each gift certificate that everyone received, on top of the 30% discount and eligible insurance, everyone was able to find the perfect glasses for themselves or as a gift for others this Holiday season. Everyone also received a gift with purchase!
Each employee, our Security Kaleo Punzal, and entertainer Smilie Punzal, all had a fun time! Mahalo to everyone who came to our Punzal Vision Black Friday Event.
