Interview: Jessica Manzano

Where were you born and raised?

I was born and raised on the East side of Kauai.

What high school or college did you attend?

I graduated from Kapaa High in 2016 and attended KCC and got my degree in liberal arts and natural science.

What made you interested in the medical field?

To be honest, I never was interested in medical field. It wasn’t until I was offered this opportunity that I started to gain interest. I love helping other people out and it is very rewarding in the end.

What do you enjoy doing on your days off or in your free time?

I love to just spend a relaxing day at home; watch movies, play video games, and hang out with my family. Sometimes I go to Target just because I love the vibes in there 😂

We understand that you are a gamer. What is your favorite game and why?

If I had to pick one, it’ll be Stardew Valley. It’s a very wholesome and relaxing game, it takes my stress away

Do you have any hidden talents?

Not really… Unless you count singing the alphabet backwards?

What are 3 things on your bucket list?

1. Travel the world

2. Go skydiving

3. Spend Christmas in New York City

What's one fun fact that people may not know about you?

I probably hold the record for starting a bunch of tv shows and never finishing them, even if it’s good.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

Hmm I would love to go to South Korea! Their food looks delicious and they have the cutest cafés. I also want to attend a concert there

What is your favorite thing about working at Punzal Vision?

I love how busy it keeps me. There’s never a dull moment working here, it makes long work days go by in the blink of an eye.
