Last week, Team Punzal Vision had the exciting opportunity to attend the Annual Island Eyes Conference at the Royal Sonesta on Kaua'i! The event was organized by Pacific University's College of Optometry and offered a week-long educational program that was a treat for all of us to attend! We had the privilege of learning from industry experts and renowned speakers who are the foremost authorities in their field.
It was not only an enriching experience for Dr. Punzal but also incredibly educational for the Paraoptometrics and Opticians at our Punzal Vision office. The conference provided an in-depth exploration of various topics, including dry eye/ocular surface disease, oral pharmaceuticals, Glaucoma, Neuro-optometry, contact lenses, Myopia control, prism, and photochromic and progressive lenses.
This year's Island Eyes Conference served as an excellent platform for networking with other Optometric vendors and gave us the chance to discover new, innovative solutions that will help us further enhance our patient experience.
