Healthy Eye Tips for Keiki

Caring for eyes can be both enjoyable and meaningful for kids! Try these easy ways to build healthy habits:‍ Eat a balanced diet and drink plenty of water. Involve your keiki in preparing healthy meals and snacks. They are more likely to enjoy foods they helped make. Limit Screen Time: Reducing screen use does not have to be a chore. Encourage breaks with outdoor adventures, creative play and reading.

Koloa Plantation Days Family Fun Run

This weekend Team Punzal Vision participated in the Annual Koloa Plantation Days Family Fun Run! We showed up early as a team, and prepared for the 5k Race together as the sun was coming up and showing us the first light. Of course, Dr. Punzal & Lehua had their friendly competitiveness as they have both been competing to see who finishes first in all of our races.
